Bill was a member of a CCIM delegation that traveled to Cancun, Mexico in June, 2016 for the Mexico Real Estate Investment Summit. Held at the Emporio Hotel, the Summit drew 300 brokers, investors and lenders, many of whom routinely deal in international real estate investment. The CCIM Institute will be offering investment real estate classes in Mexico next year and working to rebuild the Mexico CCIM Chapter.
